A: No, we do not require a contract in order to receive our services.
Q: How much can I expect to pay for your services?
A: Each of our services has a specific cost associated with it, and you can find out the cost by referring to the service while ordering.
Q: Are you based over seas or here in the United States?
A: We are proudly based here in Maryland to provide local support to the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia areas.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are acceptable forms of payment.
Q: Do you only work with company’s?
A: While we do the majority of our work with small and medium businesses we also do provide IT support to individuals.
Q: Is your solution right for me?
A: If you have an IT problem then we most likely have a solution. If not we would be more than happy to use our industry expertise to recommend someone who can help. It never hurts to ask.

A: There are a lot of factors we look for when we bring on new contractors. Biggest thing is a Can-Do attitude. Things that definitely help besides that are solution specific experience, certifications, and recommendations.
